Maggie Salo is a certified coach, facilitator and change expert. She has over 20 years of experience guiding leadership teams through enterprise-wide transformation projects related to HR systems, mergers & acquisitions, performance management, outsourcing and globalization. Systems projects included global implementations of PeopleSoft, Ceridian Dayforce and Concur Expense. Business sectors include insurance, government, pharmaceutical and utility, both in North America and globally with organizations including Algonquin Power & Utilities, AstraZeneca, City of Toronto and Confederation life.
Maggie is a change management facilitator who employs best practices to help clients reduce the risk of resistance and change failure so they can achieve successful change outcomes. Maggie is known for her collaborative approach, supported by a disciplined communications methodology. She possesses strong business acumen and has a passion for driving performance gains related to organization performance and employee engagement.
As a coach, Maggie helps clients see more clearly who they are, what they really care about and where they are in their own way. She helps them shift their mindset to get a more accurate view of themselves, the perspective of others and the world that helps clear roadblocks and get the results they want.
Maggie completed her professional training and was certified as a Coach by New Ventures West in 2010 and received re-certification for each year from 2011 to 2019. Maggie is accredited by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
